If an item arrives damaged or is defective you must notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt and we will repair or exchange it or issue a credit towards another purchase.
Please do not return any items without e-mailing us first or without a return authorization number. If there is no r/a number on the package it will be refused.
In order to help us process your return in a timely manner please follow the following guidelines:
- If you purchased the items from us please include your name and invoice number.
- Please let us know in the e-mail what is wrong with the item and the reason for the return.
- Please package the item sufficiently to prevent damage and mail it to the return address provided with your return authorization.
Returns are valid for domestic returns only we will not accept returns from other countries.

How long does it take from the time I place an order until it is shipped?
All of our wholesale insect displays are made to order and may take up to 10-14 business days (or longer during the busy holiday season) to build.
Minimum order is $250.00
Shipping Rates For 2018-2019 (Shipping will be adjusted to the appropriate rate after your order has been received):
*For all orders of $250.00 up to $2,500.00 = Flat Rate of $35.00
$2,500.01 up to $5,000.00 = $80.00
$5,000.01 up to $7,500.00 = $125.00
All orders over $7,500.01 will be shipped by FedEx Freight & Freight Rates will be quoted prior to shipping.
Foreign buyers, if you have a U.S. shipping address that we can ship your purchase to you are welcome to place an order. However, we do not ship any insects outside of the U.S. or it’s territories. Please do not purchase any items if you do not have a U.S. shipping address….
You will be notified by e-mail when your items are shipped.
*All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground shipping. Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii will be shipped via Priority Mail & will be billed at the actual shipping rate.
